I do not understand why there is only one lady who is white in the “DelToro Insurance” office who does not speak Spanish nor Haitian-Creole. That is inappropriate and ridiculous. This is a Haitian-creole speaking community and Spanish speaking community. Hire someone bilingual because yelling at a customer does not make them understand more.

I am absolutely appalled by the unbelievably poor customer service I experienced. The employee I spoke with Robin displayed an unprofessional, rude, and outright hostile attitude, leaving me shocked and deeply disappointed. Her behavior was not only unacceptable but also a complete disservice to anyone seeking assistance. They have terrible service they don't follow up they have attitudes while you're doing business with them they need new employees obviously the owner is not aware of their attitudes or review .
