She was incredibly helpful and made the process of receiving benefits for my newborn baby so much easier. If I can give a 0 star I would. This place is ridiculous. You schedule an appointment for tel visit and they do not go by the time. Then when you call no answer at all. People schedule appointments around they work schedule and they do not respect that as if people don’t have jobs. The worst place you can ever deal with especially since it’s a government funded these benefits
