From Pre op calling nurse Jessica prior to surgery to the actual procedure day everyone was professional,?Polite and helpful. Michelle in registration was polite and efficient. The nurses in the pre op area greeted me with a warm smile. (Even though it was 6 am ) . Mia my nurse was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I recently had a procedure done at North Miami Beach Surgical Center, and while the staff was great lovely nurses, I was extremely disappointed with their communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach them by phone, I was never able to get through to anyone. I understand that surgical centers can be busy, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. The staff here is amazing. Everyone was so kind and understanding and attentive. I was very nervous about surgery and these folks took amazing care of me. They were reassuring and kind and patient. They really made me feel at ease. The surgery was a success!!

I had surgery on Jan 26, 2023 with Dr Dennis, he is just wonderful!! I was received by Michelle who was super sweet and professional. Pre op nurses Trenese, Mia and Melissa were efficient, helpful, and funny. Dr Ung and CRNA Ginger were amazing! They kept me safe and comfortable. Nurse L Jackson, Dania, and Tury ST were a great team!! They made sure I was secure, all necessary equipment was available, and I was kept warm. The recovery room team were great.
