They do not give refunds after viewing the complete wreck of the rooms they try to pass off online. Here are photos of the room we got and you can compare to what they advertise. Holes in wall/headboard/ and floors. The room wasn't even shut all the way when we went in. As we were leaving to get our deposit, a family in front of us checked in and when we gave the desk attendant our room key back, that very family was standing behind us also wanting a refund and left as well. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT STAY HERE!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would I recently stayed at the North Miami Beach Garden Inn & Suites and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, I found the shower curtain and bathroom floor to be very dirty, the rug was filthy, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. This hotel is filthy! As soon as I opened the door to our room, I smelled mold, mildew, stale cigarette and marijuana smoke. The walls had visible mold growing on them and stained yellow from nicotine. The hotel has a sign in the lobby that it's a tobacco free facility. The carpet, bed linen and window drapes are stained. Drapes also were full of holes. The mini fridge had mold growing on the shelf. My husband and I were disgusted by the conditions we found and checked after 3 hours. Worst hotel EVER! And filthiest! Mold in bathroom! Air conditioner vents needs to be replaced. Nasty carpet inside rooms and throughout hallways on most floors. Only 1 working ice machine for 7 floors! Furnishings are old, dirty, filthy!Sheets are old. Pillows are old, smelly (needs replacement) and small.The room card will NOT open the front entrance doors.
