Before I met Billy, I would have said there is no such thing as an honest mechanic. Billy proved me wrong! He takes excellent care of my vehicles, is brutally honest and fair. It is so refreshing, as a female, to talk to a mechanic that doesn't treat me like an idiot. He explains exactly what is or isn't wrong and makes sure I understand what they need to do and why. I have been using this service for the past five year's after moving here from Wisconsin. Have taken my dodge ram, my FJ and our Honda pilot and always gotten top rate work done. I loaned my pick-up to my grandson, and when he brought it back, it was leaking coolant. I thought it was the water pump. I took it to North Metro, and they diagnosed the problem: a blown manifold gasket. They were able to replace the gasket and get my PickUp back in good running shape in short order. They are reasonably priced. They don't charge you an arm and a leg.

Great job on my BMW! The engine began racing away and the crew diagnosed and corrected the problem expertly! And at a reasonable price. It had done the same thing a year ago and I took it to a Beamer shop in Arvada. They fixed it, but at a cost of over $500.00, and it didn't last. I recommend North Metro to all. - Ray
