A totally professional experience. The entire staff, from reception, to pre-op, to surgery, to discharge, is very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. And a special recognition to nurse Kim in pre-op.
Very nice place and friendly staff. They always make me feel relaxed and comfortable.
My doctor used this facility for my surgery, and I was well taken care of. The nurses and also, the anesthesiologist were awesome to me. My reason for 2 stars, before my surgery, my doctor's office had given me a breakdown of the amount for everything. At this moment, I am looking at a bill the facility is charging me for "miscellaneous surgical supplies." They ordered my surgery on the wrong side! I waited months in agonizing pain for an appointment. Then they tried to convince me that it was normal to do a surgery on the wrong side. They got mad when I refused to let them operate on the wrong side. I eventually had to walk out so they didn't go ahead with it. Now I've been informed that I'm not allowed to get the surgery on the correct side because I got mad.
Absolutely horrible location, staff. Dirty and gross. Would never recommend.
