The check in lady was wonderful. She was kind and wasn’t condescending or cruel. However! The rest of the staff needs to find a new career. Especially Renee Montgomery. She was rude, condescending, and hateful. Acted as if because I wasn’t on birth control I was a pathetic excuse for a human being. DONT GO HERE. best thing about this place the ladys that sign you in. Its a long story but if you wana know what goes on here....The doctors on the other hand are full of BS and dont care. 1st time me and my wife go in for a very large cyst. And its gettting bigger. Causing my wife alot of pain. Getting harder and harder for my wife to walk. Hurts just to the lightest of touch. So what does the doctor do? I came to North Metro one night while visiting a loved one at Little Rock AFB as it was the nearest ER. I have problems with Chronic Venous Insufficiency, had been driving for two days, and was having painful cramping as well as a mysterious lump in my upper thigh. My concern was a possible DVT.
