The staff is good but the business side is terrible. I've been trying to reach the clinic manager for 2 weeks but refuses to return my call or text or email
I wanted to believe this was a good clinic. I had a couple great visits here. But the last one left me feeling like a number: unimportant, value-less, and demeaned. This was a new doctor who I hadn't seen in the past. He was fast talking, ordered me up on the exam table, rapidly checked things out, said there was nothing he could do right now, handed me a referral, and left the room.
