ER visit i went to the ER for pains in my right side & back. we got in within about 1/2 hour than the wait started. we were in there for 5 hours & all they did was 2 tests & 1 exam. they didnt keep us informed of whats going on. when i got the papers to leave the doctor never came back to the room so i could ask about what to do about the pain at home. very unhappy with the ER. may check into different hospital.
poor care This hospitol has no consideration for the patients family. They are dirty and have no compassion. My husband got bed sores, stained bedding, incompetent nurses and doctors who never called or tried to help as they should. I would not send my dog to this hospital for anything. The neighborhood is very nasty up the street and un safe.
Long wait in the ER We had a long wait in the ER, but the staff was friendly and patient. Once in the room, we were treated with respect and were not kept waiting too long.
Local Hospital This is a whole class hospital in small neighborhood.There remolding was second to none.They make everyone feel equal as important.No matter who you are or how much you make.
2 births = 1 Happy Momma Okay, that was corny, but I really enjoyed the wonderful service and facilities of the Maternity ward of this Hospital.
excellent care I was recenly a patient at this hospital for soem major surgery. The admission process went smoothly and quickly. I was very pleased with the services that i received. The nurses were efficient, friendly and attentive. They were also respectful towards the guests that i had visit. The discharge process also went smoothly. The food was...well..hospital food. They had nice followup care with phone calls and it was easy to schedule followup appointments.
North Memorial Medical Center I recently had a baby here and would recommend it. The hospital offered very nice, clean rooms. I felt like I was staying in a hotel instead of in a hospital. There is ample parking. I do feel the parking ramp prices are a little expensive but you are able to purchase discount parking tickets from the security office if you will be visiting the hospital often. Mammogram Mobile This service is offered through the North Memorial Medical Center but srves the entire Twin Cities area. When you call, you can find out when the mobile will be in your area and sign up for a time to get your mammogram done in the mobile center. It is very private and comfortable. Caring staff I have made the trip to the emergency room at this hospital more times than I care to remember. But I must say they always took good care of me and my family. The children's ward is especially wonderful. My daughter was in there for three weeks and they did everything in their power to make it as pleasant of a stay as possible. Doctors as a whole are also very responsive to all questions. And I can't say enough about the nurses.
