Going to the emergency room is always stressful, but the team at North Memorial Health ER made me feel completely safe and cared for. Every staff member I encountered was deeply compassionate. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Stevens. She is a wonderful person whose reassuring demeanor immediately calmed my anxiety during a difficult time. Thank you all for your excellent care!
