This is one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had in Melbourne, and Australia !! The receptionist is always rude , dismissive and never helpful. When i called to inquire about something related to my mental health plan she didn’t even ask for my details and kept telling me i never received correspondence, i check my emails everyday, i told her you haven’t even asked for my name or details?! I've been seeing the principal doctor (Dr Tim Stobie) and can wholeheartedly recommend as a conscientious and knowledgeable physician dedicated to patient care
I was apprehensive to write this but decided I should after my friend encouraged me. I was initially so impressed by NMFMC, Dr. Dilly was beyond fantastic. She was genuinely the most lovely doctor I have ever met. She unfortunately had to leave the surgery, and so I was passed on to Dr Kal. I didn't have that great of experience with Dr Kal which was disappointing. Every time I had an appointment, she would be over an hour late. I will no longer be returning to this medical clinic because of the poor service the receptionist provides and the appearance of incompetence from the male Dr here. I am sorry to leave such a poor review but I have just been so disappointed from my past 3 appointments.
