I think this place can't get any better. I love it and i wil surely recommend anybody to move out here. It's quiet clean and friendly people greet you all the time. How good can it get :)
Very nice and well maintained community. Everyone in the office is very helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly! If you are looking for an affordable house in a great location this is it!

Brand new 3 BR affordable homes, financing available
The current residents have been promised fixes to the community and we are paying for them with the increase of rent EVERY YEAR but nothing has been done. I have spoken to Mario, the office manager, and he always gives me the run around. He did tell me last that the rent increased because they were trying fix the community IN ATLANTA! These roads are unacceptable. I have been a resident here for over 10 years and nothing gets done. Here are some pictures to show the roads of evergreen village.

RecommendedMy husband and I lived here for almost 4 years before we had to move to make room for our growing family. This is truly a great community with great people and management.
If I would of known that they would go up on lot rent whenever they feel like it I would of never move here. I started paying $300.00 dollars now it's like $500.00 on lot rent can you believe that that how much rent on a apartment is the excuse they always use that its because of improvements. I been asking them to fix my driveway and parking for the past 3 years and they haven't done it. I would never recommend any of my family or friends to move here.😥😥😫😫😡😡😡
