Was advised to go to a&e after a phone call to 111 regarding palpitations . There was a changeover of staff while I was there and no one was seen for approximately 50 minutes. I wonder if this is normal practice. I eventually gave up and went home as did someone else. I appreciate that it is a very busy department but surely it could be managed better.
The worst hospital ever. They just watch you suffer and don’t care. I told them I was feeling unwell, but they ignored me. I even asked to leave, and they didn’t care. I was there from 8 PM until 5 AM and not a single doctor wanted to see me. When I kept asking what was going on, they just told me to sit down and be quiet. Absolutely unacceptable!
Big thanks to Dr Nicola Penrose who finally put me on the right medication and saw me immediately in a and e after experiencing the most horrendous sickness that was causing me to non stop vomit. This medication has now completely fixed me and I have gone from feeling absolutely dreadful with non stop vomiting and bed bound to be able to actually go about my day and live life normally again. Worst hospital in the whole of UK. No body bothers and cares about the patients. Worst attitude of the nurses.
