Awful twice my mum has been admitted here first time 5 weeks spent in there with no communication or reason, kept promising discharge then would back track with no real reason, doctors never available, nurses are very nice but have no knowledge communication is non existent. 2nd time we’re told no more than 24 hrs, 4 days later still not discharged again no viable reason, no communication no doctors. Dreadful hospital
The hospital provides extremely poor care zero sanitation, unprofessional staff, and an overall unsafe environment. Completely unacceptable standards.
Very bad experience from the hospital regarding my c section, Nurses and doctor are treating like as no human being and no any emotions,I waited emergency c section after failed induction for 3 days.I was on Gestational diabetes my pregnancy while admission time and throughout the day we are keep asking to the staff members and doctors please check my sugar levels they won't,3 days onwards they are coming and checked my sugar with out any meal schedule (1 hour after or 1 hour before).4 the day HCA told me plz collect your ur... read more
After returning to A&E with a spreading infection and on advice from a nurse practitioner the day before. I spent the quite usual four and a half hours waiting.to see a doctor. He asked why my obs had not been done, because the nurses didn't do them, although I had been sent to them for that purpose. This very amiable and professional man took me back himself and asked that they be done. Great nurses and doctors who can’t do enough. The ressus staff have been great. Ward F9 staff are amazing especially Estelle and the ward manager ( I didn’t get her name) is a walking earth angel. I wish I could win the lottery for her. Just amazing. Shaun just amazing. Abdul just awesome ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
