Been to North manchester hospital and the reception staff on today were very surly in tone to me and other patients. The nurses don't say hello or talk to you and if you ask them a question they seem to not want to engage in a answer to any questions From the moment I went into the building I felt like they are just treating every patient as a problem. We were referred here by NHS 111. They asked us to go to A&E and we don't have to wait that much because we were refered by 111. When we came to A&E children, we have been waiting here for 4 hours. Most of the patients who came after us, were seen by doctors and we still waiting. When I asked about our turn, they said there are still couple of patients before us. While there were only three patients in waiting room including us. Thats means we would be seen at LAST. Wooowwww. Totally UNFAIR. Sham on NHS for this.

Came here with my 1,8 year old son, he has fever 39.5, we were seen by a doctor after 7 hours!!!!! Came at 6pm, seen by a doctor at 1am. Other kids and babies were waiting just as long. Didn’t know that “emergency” meant waiting 7 hours.🤦🏻‍♀️
