Very disrespectful doctor and sad that she is my primary care physician. I am appalled at how I was and still am being treated. I called them earlier to discuss a very important matter and they hung up on me! I called back and no one answered so I left a message which I know my call will most likely not be returned. I do not trust them and, if I don't trust someone, I will want nothing to do with them. If you want to be treated with respect then this is NOT the place to go! RecommendedDr. Montes at Manatee Pediatrics is the most thorough, kindhearted,caring children’s doctor I’ve ever bought my children and grandchildren to. He explains everything to us and is so good with children. They love him and so do we.
On 6/26/18 my 10 year old son had a sick visit because he had white blisters all over his feet. His apt was scheduled for 2:20 with Dr Montes and I checked Wyatt in at 1:50. Then at 2:05 the receptionist called me up to the desk and asked me to provide insurance ID, which I didn't have, so I gave them mine because my boys all under 18 should be on mine. I brought my daughter here for her check up before school starts. We haven't been in quite awhile, there are a lot of new nurses and doctors. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The front desk people are 100% better! So happy I stayed with this office. Our doctor was Dr. JN Gilles.
