They are excellent. Clarified all questions and concerns.
Our complex has been managed by Annette for the last twelve months. She is hands down the best strata manager we have ever had and we have 3 investment properties! Annette is excellent with comms, responsive, actions promptly and most importantly loves her job and is very passionate. Excellent work ethic. Highly recommend :-)
After Kelly left they became an absolute joke. Never responding to owners or the committee, leaving contractors unpaid for months and months and months. I would never return
