Frustrating and disappointing experience. I followed up multiple times via email regarding a body corporate payment and received no response. I had to call just to get any attention, and by then, I was charged late fees—caused by their delay. They advised me to lodge a fee waiver request, which I did, but I was left waiting with no updates. Eventually, I received another notice asking me to pay even more in extra fees. Our complex has been managed by Annette for the last twelve months. She is hands down the best strata manager we have ever had and we have 3 investment properties! Annette is excellent with comms, responsive, actions promptly and most importantly loves her job and is very passionate. Excellent work ethic. Highly recommend :-)

After Kelly left they became an absolute joke. Never responding to owners or the committee, leaving contractors unpaid for months and months and months. I would never return
