Staff was unbelievable rude. I thought I would be permitted to remain at storage while trying to sort out what was to be kept vs thrown away considering I pay their monthly rate but I was wrong. The staff accused me of sleeping their and kept asking me if I was homeless. I was mortified. I really would’ve thought a “climate controlled” storage place would actually be climate controlled. This place is just as hot as hell as any other storage place every time I come here. Next, I’ve rented cheap rags for storage places that don’t have the crazy rat problems that this place has. I’ve lost count how many boxes we’ve opened that has chew holes in our things. It’s just disgusting. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for storage. Just don’t.
