This place is unprofessional !!! I tried to make a reservation to rent a 26ft moving truck with a auto transport. The lady told me she could not guarantee the equipment would be there the day of my reservation date !!! In such case I would need to pick the equipment up at a nother uhaul center. I asked her isn't that why you make a reservation !!! she replied rudely if you don't like it go somewhere else !!! if you need to rent some uhaul equipment I would suggest going to a nother uhaul dealer.
This review is based ONLY on my experience with U-Haul rental. The staff at North Main Car Care Inc recently absorbed U-Haul business from another local company and are now the only show in town. As a result, they are overwhelmed with rental requests. Despite this, they were SUPER friendly, very well organized, and overly accommodating (upgraded me at no charge from a 15-foot to a 26-foot truck at no charge). Can't say enough nice things about these folks!
