Could not be happier with the services I received! They care so much about the animals they tend to. Dr. Moore went above and beyond; even reaching out post-visit to check on my pet. Will be going here again!!
I have recently moved to Tennessee. I have five pets and have been to this clinic numerous times in the last six months. Dr. Schmidt is my primary veterinarian but I have also seen Dr. Nichols. I have found both veterinarians and the vet techs to be extremely competent and caring. Since I order prescription dog and cat food, I interact with Melinda and Chelsea a lot and that interaction has been a pleasure. I have been taking my pets to North Madison Animal Hospital for almost 14 years. The doctors, techs, and reception staff at this clinic are THE BEST. Having lived in other larger cities before moving to Jackson, I had grown accustomed to veterinary practices where you feel like your pets are just numbers on an invoice...but NOT this place. Please don’t take your pet here. I chose the “low cost” neuter option for my dog. I don’t know which vet did his surgery but it was obviously someone who didn’t care. His stitching came undone 3 days after surgery. It became infected. So of course, I took him back here to be checked out. They had to sedate my dog and redo the stitches but this time a different technique was used (according to the vet that did it the second time). Dr. Fleming is amazing and truly cares for all her pet patients. Very caring and understanding of how to help your pets. The entire staff is incredible, nice, and welcoming as well as highly trained in their areas. The only place I will take my 4 dogs and have used them for years. I have so many great things to say about them all!
