We recently purchased our second vehicle from Toyota North London, and once again, Curtis LeBlanc provided outstanding service. Unsatisfied!!! I ordered part(window regulator) and paid on the desk with confirmation that part will arrived within overnight and ready to pick up tomorrow morning. I went there and they said part is not arrived yet. Told me to come on Monday morning, I went on Monday morning and asked that I am here to pick up my ordered. Part guy said your ordered hasn’t been placed yet and we just ordered your part. What a joke and pissed moment. Never recommend this place especially for parts.
A great buying experience with Joseph at North London Toyota. Actually all the staff in the used car department were super friendly. Going from our EV to the RAV4 Hybrid is a big change but worth it. I used Toyotas for years with my Young Drivers franchise so feels like home. I was sceptical of the 700+ kilometre range but since picking up the car last week, I've driven to Oakville and back and still have well over 400K range to use up. The EV couldn't do that.
Very disappointing experience with my 2025 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, with only 6,353 km. While travelling from Windsor to Toronto with my wife and three children, the vehicle suddenly showed “Hybrid System Malfunction.” We had to tow the vehicle to the London dealership and return to Windsor by Uber. I was later told the A/C condenser was damaged by a stone and was not covered under warranty. The A/C was still working, and I was not provided a rental vehicle.
