Was faced with an impossible situation with my late Dad's cat, Jinder. The compassion I recieved here...I will remember for the rest of my life. Thank you. Also the front area is so cool, it's like I stepped into outside!
We came in to have our cats skin tag checked out (so we thought) before we leave for 3 weeks on a trip! The vet took a look and it turned out to just be a scab. She kindly said that since we didnt find anything, we were good to go which was really *very* kind and we very much appreciated it. All the staff have always been wonderful here and we’re grateful to be able to bring in our cats here when we need it. They never have super long wait times either. Can usually get in within a week :)
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I'm a lifetime dog owner, grown up with dogs and now have my own as an adult. I've been to many vets over the years and NEVER have I had this experience. My dog came in for vomiting for a few days, they did bloodwork and an xray and discovered he has "liver failure" and needs an emergency ultrasound. They sent us immediately to Emerge where they did not relay any information over to them.
