I've been bringing my dogs here for nine years now and have always had a great experience. This might be a bad day for them or maybe a reflection of overall fall in quality. One of my dogs is on gabapentin. This is a standard enough medication. He's been on it for a while and we always get the exact same script. When I called ahead about five days ago about scheduling him in for a nail trim and refilling his meds, I was asked if I wanted to pick up the meds ahead of time. Took my rescue cat, Earl The Purrl there for his shots when I got him. The staff were incredible with him. Very attentive and endearing. A great group of people.
Very welcoming. Compared to my last vet, both the staff and Dr. Jeff are gentle with my two cats. I never call in, I always book online and the staff are quick to respond (within a day). I read some other reviews that said that staff are rude on the phone, so dealing with online is wonderful! Also, the staff have never been rude to me, through email nor when I come in. Took my two cats there when I adopted them for a check up and to get registered as a patient at this clinic (check up exam + deworming for 2 cats ~$300 total)... read more
I always have such a positive experience with every last staff member here- prices are affordable, their shuttle service is sooo helpful too. I couldn’t ask for a better vet to bring my baby to.
