This company was referred to me by a friend, who was really pleased with the work they'd done. But despite rearranging my day to make time for them to visit my house for a quote, they cancelled at the last minute, then failed to respond to any follow up emails or messages to rearrange. Really disappointing & disrespectful.
Very nice
Installed my new boiler. Very responsive when we had no hot water etc (thank you) but after payment was taken, there was an issue with the boiler. I spoke to Barnaby and he said he’d investigate / be in touch. I’ve heard nothing since.
NLH&P installed two bathrooms and a toilet for us. From start to finish they were professional, reliable and did an excellent job. Craig and Ronnie did all the work to a very high standard, and took care to cause as little disruption as possible. They and Joanna also offered excellent advice on fittings and design. The work was completed on time and within budget. We are delighted with our new bathrooms, and can thoroughly recommend them.
