I had a great experience renting with North Liberty Self Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to use, and the team is exceptionally professional. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. They even reached out proactively when I moved out to make sure everything was wrapped up, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Great quality, great service, and a fair price. If you need storage in the North Liberty area, I'd absolutely recommend them.
Competitive pricing, easy to reserve and cancel storage space. Able to do everything online if desired.
We moved from out of state. Excellent customer service with helping with the move from when we first started looking until we moved into our new home and needed to unpack the storage unit. Would recommend this location to anyone.
They offer you a low intro rent to get you rent a unit and then jack the rent up after you move in. They increased my rent 32% after moving in. Very shady and false advertising. If you are looking, go for a storage unit, go elsewhere.
