Dr. Shannon has been our vet for 8 years, since our oldest dog was a puppy. We have always been treated with love, compassion, and respect by the staff there, but never so much as yesterday. We have a foster dog and I was concerned with what I saw in the stool and took in a sample. As was suspected, there were worms. Fantastic vet experience – We moved to North Liberty 2 years ago, and kept our vet in IC for all that time. Never felt a strong connection with them, but they were a known quantity and they were acceptable. Last night out dog was obviously not feeling well. Whining all night long. Every time we let her out, she'd sniff around disinterested and come back in. By 8:00AM, none of us had slept a wink and I said, "Let's take her to the vet."
