Rude staff/owner, way overpriced, sells unsafe cars and when they make a mistake they try and blame it on you
LIARS. They told me I had CV joints out. Found out it was the hubcap rubbing...... Avoid this place.
Some of the nicest and knowledgeable guys ever. They’ve helped me at the end of my car’s life and through my new one. Oil changes, belts, timing chain, brakes, you name it, I’ve gotten it serviced here. Very transparent with everything and will explain/show you what problem is occurring and how to prevent it. Saved me many times! As a young woman with little to no car knowledge, these guys treat every customer with respect and walk you through all the way.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has been bothering me for a while. I brought my truck to Terry for a transmission reseal and also had work done for an oil leak around the rear main. Between the visits I spent close to $4,000 addressing these issues. Within a couple months, the truck was leaking again. I reached out and even brought it back in. I was from out of town and visiting family. Received a Check Engine Light late on Christmas Eve. Day after Christmas, I brought my vehicle in. They were short handed due to the holiday, but determined it was a valve in the fuel system. Could have been a big problem driving back to the East Coast. They got the part, replaced it and tested it. Done in about 3 hours and back to seeing my family. I really appreciate the short turnaround and excellent work.
