AVOID THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE! This is, without question, the WORST doctor’s surgery in Leeds. The complete lack of care from this place is beyond unacceptable, it’s downright dangerous. The incompetence, negligence, and shocking attitudes of the staff have had catastrophic consequences for our family, including a completely preventable death that we are still trying to come to terms with. Managed to get an appointment months ago and was prescribed a daily drug as a repeat prescription. Suddenly, this was no longer a repeat prescription and I was unable to request it via the app. I called the practice and was given an email address to contact. I was given an automated email response saying that it would take 2-3 days and I could pick it up at the pharmacy. 4 days later the pharmacy still had no word of my request. Terrible practice. No chance of seeing a doctor or making an appointment ever. Avoid
