AVOID THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE! This is, without question, the WORST doctor’s surgery in Leeds. The complete lack of care from this place is beyond unacceptable, it’s downright dangerous. Managed to get an appointment months ago and was prescribed a daily drug as a repeat prescription. Suddenly, this was no longer a repeat prescription and I was unable to request it via the app. I called the practice and was given an email address to contact. I was given an automated email response saying that it would take 2-3 days and I could pick it up at the pharmacy. 4 days later the pharmacy still had no word of my request. North Leeds Medical Practice is in my opinion one of the best practice in Leeds. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jackson today, and I can honestly say she is an amazing doctor. She truly stands out for her compassion, kindness, and incredibly positive attitude.
