I purchased a lot for my father by swans, also my mother and my sister, called because swans gone, and place is covered in weeds. 2 years ago I asked what was going on and they said they had a contractor to fix the space, and would bring in more swans...not happened, I think that this is false advertising...we only selected our plots to see the swans! This is not o.k. I will contact who ever I need too to make this right, the only thing my father wanted is to be by the swans!
grounds aren't keep up, there excuse was broken equipment and weather we have had good weather equipment should take to long to fix . this grass looks like it hasn't been mowed in a month
Not happy with maintenance issues....my father was buried last year in August...plot not seeded or sodded as of yesterday morning(June 6, 2016) My husband seeded it yesterday late morning...nice way to treat a deceased veteran's final resting place
The cemetery has a terrible water problem that has been brought to their attention. Not only is there an issue with water in the marker etc. If you look in the window of their office they even have water in their basement . Also anytime you go there you can find goose dropping all over the markers. They claim they cannot do anything about the place being over run by geese. Yes , they can ! I visited family graves while in Fort Dodge this weekend.I was appalled at the way that cemetery looked!!! I could hardly find my families markers as the weeds and grass have not been trimmed in awhile!!!! North Lawn has always been well groomed what has happened down there!!!!!! Even the pond looked awful!! Im sure that they have had a lot of rain and that keeping up with the mowing is a fulltime job but looking around it was apparent that whoever is mowing and trimming is NOT doing a very good job!!!!!!!
