The NAME of this place is North Laurel FAMILY MEDICINE, but they told my elderly mother that she could not come to their clinic-- didnt say, We're not taking new patients-- they only said SHE WAS NOT "ALLOWED" AT THE CLINIC... then refused to explain why because the manager was on leave.... Finally, my family member called and they told her that they are NOT a family Medical center ! SO WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER THAT WARRANT THAT NAMING OF YOUR FACILITY ?!?!?! Jeff has been taking care of me for over a decade at this point. Shannon really saved my bacon yesterday though. I thought I had the flu. Turns out I was in afib. My heart rate was 173 when I got to the ER. I can't say enough good things about the ENTIRE staff at North Laurel Family Medicine. They truly care about their patients and aren't there just for a paycheck.
