All I can say is to read before you sign anything. This is a private practice. They do not file for pre authorization on certain procedures, like hormone therapy blood work and hormone therapy. I was happy with Brittney Reyes, but cost too much money for being in my insurance network, because they are a private practice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
I love this clinic! Ms Amanda is better with diabetes patients than any endocrinologist I have had in years. Less than 60 days she has me on an insulin pump that has me 75%in range. That’s the best I have ever been. She knows what she is doing. Also she has a great team behind her. I couldn’t imagine it being any better.
Last week I went to this and I will never go again. The NP came in my room and stated that he couldn’t shake my hand bc his hands were wet from washing his. However you have my chart in your hands and I know you could have gotten paper towels somewhere else. I want to get up and walk out, but I didn’t stay there. Listen to what he had to say but I already in my mind. I know I was never going to return to this place.
