This was my first time at NLAH. All the staff were welcoming and kind. Facilities were relatively clean and organized. I appreciated how the staff took extra care for my dog to become accustomed to them. Afterward, my dog still seemed to enjoy the company of the staff. Special thanks to Dr. Steere and Diana.
I have taken my cat here a few times for annual shots as well as to discuss skin irritation. The staff and vets are nice and they do fine work, but each time I was there I felt pressured into paying for services that I didn't feel were needed. For example, with the skin irritation, the vet stated this can be caused by fleas (which is true), and so therefore I should buy a course of flea medicine from them and return after seeing if that cleared up her issue. The entire team at the North Laurel Animal Hospital are dedicated to the care and treatment if your pet. I have been bringing my two dogs there for years. Ine if them had some complications and the team there helped me say good bye to a family member and they also planted a tree in his name. They take care 9f your family because they treat you like family. Thanks to doctors bob and Russo and the entire team for everything you do.
