The booking I made on Thursday morning for a Monday 8am pickup was delayed without any notification for over 1 hour.The truck turned up at 9.15 am and I was told a message had been left on my phone. No call nor message had been so not off to a good start. I was told 3 men and a truck for $195 per hour. Adam and Gary (2men) turned up and when I asked where the 3rd man was, they laughed out loud. Make sure you get them so sign something agreeing to a date or they will throw you under the bus a few days out!
Jason was amazing to deal with and very accommodating as we moved to one house but had stuff to be moved from another house. It was very quick and cost effective BUT we had a bit of damage with one unit being dropped and none of our bigger items being wrapped in blankets (which I thought was standard) leaving scratches and marks. Overall ok
If going to drive like a complete tosser cutting people off and no indicator and speeding maybe make sure your business name isn't plastered all over truck
The guys helped me move into my new property yesterday. From my 1st phone call with Jason to move day with adam, Gary, Ty they guys were fantastic. Very friendly nice blokes who did the job really quickly, took care with my belongings and went above and beyond. Can't recommend these guys enough, Adam, Gary and Ty are a real credit to this company. They made my move stress free and full of laughs. I really appreciate everything they did.
