I saw Dr Simon for an Aviation Eye Exam and was incredibly satisfied with the thorough and professional service. He is great at explaining the tests and any issues found in a clear and understandable way. Melanie was very helpful when I needed to contact the clinic for an appointment or resolve some paperwork issues. They didn't even charge me for a follow up/review consult which I was not expecting at all.
Thanks for your help today Dr Simon! Our little 7 year old boy was very nervous getting his eye checked, but Dr Simon was amazing. I also loved how he kept us informed throughout the consult.
