Found all staff members friendly and very helpful. The location of the Hotel is fabulous when I visit Brisbane for the purpose of visiting family.
Off the bat, parking was super easy and convenient. Receptionist and staff were very kind and offered 5 star service. The room was bigger than I imagined and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Enjoyed our stay here with the lake view. Will definitely book back here for future mini vacays.
Small and bland meals with poor service. Very underwhelming and would not recommend. Booking I made was not reveived.
