Every time I have called no matter morning noon or afternoon it goes to voice mail to leave details for a call back. I either don't get a call back or they call back a day or two later. Surely with such a large health precinct you would have enough staff so patients are able to get through and such as their concerns.
Been here on a number of occasions for education and a check up. Staff are wonderful but parking can be a challenge. There are a few dedicated pram and elderly carparks. You may get lucky and find a spot but if not be prepared to park on the street and read the street signs carefully.
One star is too much! Rehabs there's a joke!!!Hi my name's Daniel and I recently had heart surgery after going to my initial meeting I had to go back to go the gp and hospital to get a clearance to start rehab again because they thought I had heart problems still ,after getting my clearance I've received a letter saying I didn't complete it and been discharged ...the cardiac rehabilitation section I dealt with is totally useless and not willing to help ......I was totally blindsided by this and did everything they asked........ read more
Sort out your lack of parking. Expecting sick people or people with prams to park on the street is unacceptable
I was a patient at the wound clinic for 2 weeks. The care I received was amazing. Not one time did I have any issues at all. The girls were compassionate and excellent at their jobs. The receptionists were all lovely as well. Appts were on time and the facility was clean. I cannot speak highly enough about the care I received. Thank you everybody.
