A great gym as they really support you on your fitness/health journey. Amazing community. 😊💜
Finally have found a gym that works for me, with friendly and relaxed staff who have helped me on my slow journey to getting fitter and stronger. Dave and the team are easy to talk to and I can't thank them enough for their support these past 6 months. Am really enjoying the guided classes and always feel better after working out at NLHF.
