I have just completed cataract surgery which was performed by Dr.Ankita Kothari. I was very impressed with all the friendly,professional staff. Dr. Kothari was very helpful & the surgery she performed on my eye was painless with just a local anaesthetic. Her follow up care was excellent & I'm thrilled with the result of the surgery.

I saw Dr Nishan Ramachandran two weeks ago regarding a vitreous gel separation in my left eye that was causing numerous floaters and flashings. He conducted a thorough examination and diagnosed microscopic retina holes that needed urgent treatment. He performed the laser surgery during that visit. He was extremely patient and communicative throughout. Writing on behalf of my elderly parent. The service consistently ran significantly late each and every appointment- anything up to 90 minutes past the appointed time. The doctor visited has a dreadful, unfriendly manner. On the last occasion he verbally abused my parent when questioned about the effectiveness of recent surgery. Horrible , traumatic experience which has diminished my poor parents’ confidence.
I apologise it comes up under Glen Nichols. Firstly i left a message and then no one got back to me. When someone finally got back to me I made an appointment for 2pm. I work. at 2.38 I asked the receptionist was my appointment at 2 - she smiled looked at the computer screen and said - we are running a little late you will be next.
