I’ve only been to two or three appointments with a Dr here and they’ve done more for me than most other drs, chemists and nurses combined. She has been the only one to recognise that something I was allergic to, was in the coating of the original medication I was taking. Why did it take 29 years to finally have this figured out. There’s no way I can get compensated for how long other drs have taken to tell me this, but I am so grateful that someone finally has made the impact. I’ve had rare encounters with drs who have liste... read more

I paid privately to see Dr. Devadula for a second opinion on my symptoms and to have them assessed and examined. I have experienced decline in functionality and increased pain. I was not examined or assessed, symptoms not discussed in detail, and then exited out of care. Letter my doctor received riddled with inaccuracies and incorrect information. Have tried having this fixed, no response. Disappointing experience that has left me out of pocket for no adequate examination or answers.

I was referred to Dr. Vishnu Sannarangappa regarding my thyroid and a very high antibody result. When discussing my severe (and daily life impacting) symptoms I asked whether they could be a result of my thyroid issue to which he laughed at me. He sent me packing on my way with no advice, plan to manage this chronic disease and just to go back if it gets even worse. I have not been able to return due to the lack of health care support and empathy and 2 years on my thyroid is still unstable.

Wait time was typical for a medical appointment 30-1h. The doctor was great, she was nice, apologetic about discomfort during exam and was easy to understand when explaining things to me. She made no assumptions and made me feel very seen.

Great experience with meeting with Dr Visnu Sannarangappa over my recent diagnosis of osteoporosis and recent back fracture. Discussed a management plan with relative medication, which was clear and concise. Also talked about symptoms still experienced from post menopause. For the first time in a long time I felt seen and heard, that there was light at the end of the tunnel. Good bedside manner and he was able to explain to me in layman's terms the answers to my questions.
