I see Dr Bryan Cebuliak, my husband sees Dr Peter Gibling. In my 60's, I have lived in several areas and had many doctors over the years while navigating a range of health issues - adhesive arachnoiditis, bladder cancer (now post), serrated polyposis coli - All serious if not monitored correctly by your GP. Absolutely useless clinic . Can’t get in, because receptionist can’t identify the patient in the system and bingo no one taking new patients. The matter was urgent. Is anyone able to explain where my Medicare tax comes if I can’t get help when sick?
Multiple issues with this practice. Was told not to start some antibiotics until my test results came back to confirm which is normally fine but my symptoms worsened. I called the nurses and they told me they wouldn't be able to advise me whether or not to take them and to book a second appt with the doctor just for some advice! I waited another day for results but nothing came. I ended up taking the antibiotics anyway as symptoms were worsening and the worst part is no one even followed up with me about results, ever. Absolutely disgrace, dont go there, i cant even get a phone consult to get a script on my way to fraser and forgot my pescription. Should not be difficult to make it happen. Dont recommend the place.
These Doctor's are a joke! 1. Booked online and arrived to be told that this GP doesn't see NEW patients, I have been attending the practice for Years but hadn't seen this Dr before. The Dr seen me but made it very clear that she would not be following up on the results and to book in again with someone else. 2. Dr Wendy - reviewing my HCG results requested by other GP, level was lowish, I asked for another request for to check levels were rising as they should.
