I had a surgery here yesterday, and the staff where great. The nurse who greeted me was so awesome, as well as the nurse I had in recovery. I was pretty foged out when I came to, and can't even remember what I was saying... knowing me it could be anything 🤣🤣🤣 I hope I put a smile on someone's face 🥰 Also the nurse who worked with the Anesthetic Dr, was so lovely and comforting, and I hope you enjoy your upcoming holiday 🫶
Super happy with the experience at North Lakes Day Hospital today, from reception to recovery, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, clear communication and knew exactly what to expect - really helped with the nerves. Thank you to the amazing Dr Harris for always taking care, and to Dr Hapgood for keeping a close eye. Nothing better than ending a hospital stay with a strong cup of tea, a sandwich and the comfort of the lovely ward nurses - made all the difference. Highly recommend.
Outstanding Experience at North Lakes Day Hospital I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at North Lakes Day Hospital and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Big shout out to the staff there for making my procedure as smooth as possible, letting me do a song request before I went under and waking up to the cutest safari curtains in recovery. A big well done and thank you.
I was so scared to go in for surgery I had breast reduction. Soon as I was taken upstairs I was completely comfortable and felt safe with nurse Alex and then assisted by other nurses and was cared for after being drawn up by my surgeon and meeting everyone in the room I was quickly put under and woke up upset but was quickly reassured by the nurses fed and waited for my family to pick me up.
