Outstanding Experience at North Lakes Day Hospital I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at North Lakes Day Hospital and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Big shout out to the staff there for making my procedure as smooth as possible, letting me do a song request before I went under and waking up to the cutest safari curtains in recovery. A big well done and thank you.
I was so scared to go in for surgery I had breast reduction. Soon as I was taken upstairs I was completely comfortable and felt safe with nurse Alex and then assisted by other nurses and was cared for after being drawn up by my surgeon and meeting everyone in the room I was quickly put under and woke up upset but was quickly reassured by the nurses fed and waited for my family to pick me up.
Very efficiently run. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hospital/health procedure. All the staff here are so kind, helpful and attentive. Going in I was fairly anxious for my surgery everybody there made me feel a lot calmer throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend this hospital highly enough.
