Vacasa is the most unprofessional vacation rental agency ever! They do not screen the renters, we've had many people damage the house. Most of their guests tried to break into the owners closets. The cleaning was terrible and ultimately the cleaner broke into our owners closet and stole everything in it. When confronted the manager claimed that they thought our entire closet full of food and drinks were left behind by a guest and trashed all of it. I doubt they trashed it since it was mostly alcohol. Arrived to a villa at Silver strike 3075 on Friday evening 24.08, booked on Airbnb and hoped for a nice BBQ evening with friends (advertised as a house with private BBQ area). After 20 minutes the gas in the tank finished and there is no one to fix this problem at 10 p.m. in the evening. There is no extra tank, no possibility to drive anywhere to meet the staff. Offered solution - 25$ refund. Total value of steak meat for tonight - 150$. What disappointed me the most is that there is no one at the property in the evening, no... read more
