To afford the rising costs of owning a vacation home in Olympic Valley, I made the life changing decision of listing my cherished home (of 49 years!) on Airbnb. After a Google search I found NLPM with its amazing owner. My home had been rented every weekend since becoming permitted in April. James has guided me along the way, even stopping by to help at the house with an unrelated personal need.
