James was great to work with. He was always prompt, responding right away and took care of any issues that came up. As we were renting from out of town, he took the time to make sure we were comfortable before we signed the lease and went above and beyond to help make sure we had everything that we needed.
Recently hired North Lake PM to manage my property and It has been great working with James thus far. He is very knowledgable and responsive to both tenants and owner's needs. Highy recommend especially if you have property in North Tahoe.
