I had knee surgery for meniscus cleanup on the left knee. Had the right knee done 5 years ago for same thing. I had been to the North Lake PT a couple of years ago for a shoulder issue and felt very comfortable going back to them I’m honestly not a big PT fan. I didn’t do PT five years ago for my right knee and it took a couple of months before it felt right. This time, for the left knee, I went into North Lake right after the surgery.
