After two hours of being there is when they asked for my insurance info then told me I was out of network. You should ask for this info at check in like any other place ? I had to leave and they made me sign a paper that said I was leaving against medical advice. Yeah cuz I’m out of network ??? Why would I stay? Lol it was a complete waste of time
No stars. Discharged from ER and admitted into Fort Sanders ICU the next day with life threatening ketoacidosis. Negligent ER doc didn’t do complete examination.
I was seen quickly by a doctor. Everyone was very professional and caring. Diagnosed quickly and treated. Was please with their service. Would recommend.
They were very good. I just took a long time I found out. I had a kidney stone gave me some medicine. Sent me home.
