Tried to get an appointment. I called several times on 2 different days and the phone rang 20 times and then I was disconnected. Finally today I got through. The woman I spoke with only said she had to open the schedule calender to see what appointments were available. I then was put on hold for an HOUR. I finally just hung up. EXTREMELY disappointed. I've been a patient here since 2001. Really considering finding another place to go to. Things unfortunately have been going downhill there the past couple of years.
