I've been coming here forever...between having my tonsils out as an adult and my weekly allergy shots everyone in the office has been incredible. From Abbey and Sarah at the front desk greeting you to all of the MA's and the providers you will not find a better office for your allergies, tonsils or anything Ear, Nose or Throat related. The Medical Staff is horrible. They treat you like your stupid when they start throwing out "commands" on what you should do. They tell you to start taking medications, and when asked why, they just repeat what the report says, and then get upset when you question it. And I was advised they are only able to communicate "what Dr. Kong" told them to". Had an urgent appointment yesterday, referred from Sequim. They called me as soon as they received the referral, and worked me in for later that afternoon. I could not be more pleased and even though my problem is complicated I feel I am absolutely in the right hands. Thank you to the front staff and.Dr Jungkeit, PA Jim, and their wonderful nurse. Highly recommend!
It's an OKAY practice. My big issue is that I was specifically referred to Dr. Jungkeit (after researching him), but when I scheduled the appointment I was told I had to see the Physician Assistant. I saw PA Jim and he was kind and listened well, but things he told me at the appointment and the results/ suggestions I'm getting from the physician (who I have never met) are at odds. I haven't been able to get any solid answers here, unfortunately.
