I wish I had checked the reviews before driving 1.5 hrs to Dr. Kong's office. I was unfortunately late for the check-in due to unpredictable slow traffic on & off, but made it on time for my 9 am appt. I was told that bc I hadn't arrived on time for my check-in, I would have to wait til 2:30 or set another appt. I was so surprised by this that I could barely respond. My rheumatologist referred me here for a lip biopsy. I scheduled the appointment in July and the soonest they could see me was early November. I said fine since my follow up with the rheumatologist was end of November. They assured me that was enough time to get the lab results. When I arrived, I had pages and pages of forms to complete. That seemed a waste of time considering nobody read them, since I verbally had to answer questions when met with the nurse and doctor. My appointment was at 10:00 am. I got in the treatment room at 11:15 am. After a 10 minute wait a doctor entered the room and introduced himself as doctor Kong. He examined my right ear and without any further conversation he inserted a needle in my right ear and then immediately left. No further conversation from the doctor. It was an assembly line behavior and it was obvious this doctor could not care at all .
I’ve had nothing but problems since stepping foot here, avoid this facility.
