Although Dr. Jungkeit is a great ENT, the support staff is very difficult to reach. There is no way to leave a message asking a question about a prior visit and the patient notes seem more from a boiler plate form than unique to my visit. Sending and receiving reports to and from me and/or my primary care physician is consistently problematic.The patient portal is mainly good for billing and seeing past visits.
I recently needed to see an ENT doctor to determine the cause of a protracted case of hoarseness. I needed an appointment quickly as a diagnostic procedure I had scheduled was postponed until it could be resolved. I explained my situation and received a call back within a few days with an appointment time that would work in my short time frame. When I arrived there was some confusion about whom I was seeing. Here over an hour waiting. hey re scheduled me to fit there schedule, here 15 minutes early. And, now they want to charge us for a no show.. do I get a rebate for waiting
