I'd give a 0 star if I could. The lady with glasses in the reception blatently lied to me that my appointment is at 1pm when it was booked for 12:50pm. I waited for 50minutes.
Literally useless. Doctors are so late with any type of appointment, Telehealth is booked because of Convenience but the doctors are still up to 30 minutes late? Do doctors understand that people other than themselves also have jobs to attend to ? Being stuck with a patient isn’t an excuse. Appointments are there for a reason, if you’re going to be late let people know.
