I know sometimes when I call someplace and I am put on hold there will be times when the person returning on the other end can't hear me. That is not this. These people simply DO NOT want to HELP YOU! If you are calling about any information you better know the appropriate person's name, department, work schedule and extension because otherwise you will be transferred to an inoperable line that only has 24.7 voicemail and no one will take accountability. This hospital is racist institution.And they have the most hateful racist employee in the world.An American woman named Wendy she works on the second floor attending the front desk at the waiting are where surgeries are perform.This woman hates Hispanics I have never experienced that much hate in my life.But the WORST part comes when this institution doesn't even allow you to complain you know why because you are HISPANIC and you have accent.To me this is not a hospital to me this a concentration camp where Hispanics can be ... read more
