NOT impressed – So I needed to file for bankruptcy - something that left me feeling insecure and a bit inadequate. Ms North did nothing to make it easier. To start with my appt was late afternoon and when I walked into her building the lobby was completely dark. I had to carefully make my way upstairs to her dingy office.
