Unfortunately, our experience with North Jersey Pro Builders was disappointing to say the least. We hired them to do an add-a-level project. The initial design phase before we signed the contract and made the initial payment went extremely well. However, problems started after we have made the first payment and signed the contract. I will start with the positives: The head of the work crew is wonderful. He goes out of his way to fix any issues and is a super hard worker. That’s it for the positives. The negatives. The website states they are in communication with you the entire step of your project. That’s a complete lie. You’re lucky if you get a response from them within two days of any questions you ask. They only respond to email (they won’t pick up the phone). We never saw the owner once at the property except to sign the contract. Part of the pro... read more
