I had a bad experience Dr Zarah said I didn’t need knee surgery when I did. I went for a second opinion and I had a torn meniscus. Surgery was necessary.
The physicians are excellent.. unfortunately the front desk is sub. Firstly, their incompetence in handling important paperwork, such as disability documentation is a huge failure. Secondly, contacting the correct pharmacy/or even not contacting the pharmacy for prescriptions is a critical fail, especially when the medication is for pain. Physicians, vet your potential new hires for front desk duties..replace the current ones! They are the first and last impressions your patients have with your office!
I had lumbar spinal surgery to relieve severe sciatica. There were some complications during the procedure, but the surgeon handled them with great skill and care. Recovery was difficult as expected at my age, but the constant leg pain is now gone. We’re very grateful — the surgery has restored mobility and improved quality of life.
