Courteous and professional
Eight weeks ago, I had XLIF Spinal Fusion and a disc replacement. Dr. Karukonda was very thorough in explaining the procedure beforehand and did a wonderful job with the surgery. It was a complete success. After being in the hospital overnight, I was up walking the next day and climbing stairs with no problem after returning home. I had a bad experience Dr Zarah said I didn’t need knee surgery when I did. I went for a second opinion and I had a torn meniscus. Surgery was necessary.
The physicians are excellent.. unfortunately the front desk is sub. Firstly, their incompetence in handling important paperwork, such as disability documentation is a huge failure. Secondly, contacting the correct pharmacy/or even not contacting the pharmacy for prescriptions is a critical fail, especially when the medication is for pain. Physicians, vet your potential new hires for front desk duties..replace the current ones! They are the first and last impressions your patients have with your office!
