I’ve had both my knees done as out patient surgery. Wonderful staff! Everybody has a smile and really care about my well-being. I came to this orthopedic group because of reviews here. And I’m not disappointed! Dr Garrick Cox is great! I just today had my second knee done at the Same Day Procedures Surgical Center. Thank you, Kristin for suggesting I go there. They are excellent! I was seen by the physician assistant Kristin Riley. She took her time with me and listened to my problems regarding my shoulder. I didn’t feel rushed. She performed a thorough examination and was able to identify some probable diagnoses right away. She promptly set me up with both an MRI and a physical therapy appointment on the same day! I would recommend this orthopedic group to anyone experiencing pain. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care I received.
PT review- From the moment you check in, Hailey greets you with a smile and a feeling like you have been friends for years-so sweet! I have found it very easy to schedule my appointments through her. There are 3 PTs here but my main one is Cara Santers. She has magic hands and is fun to talk to and she actually listens to my weekly ailments.
